Double Engine, OTT Release Date: Danny (Muni Mayatri), a Hyderabad-based auto driver, goes back to his hometown of Tatipalli to celebrate his birthday with his pals. He learns the fascinating story of a rare double-engine snake from his friend Gopi (Bachi Ajith) during a discussion. Seeing a chance, Danny and Narsing (Rohit Narasimha) resolve to apprehend the elusive serpent with the aid of snake charmer Mouli (Raju Shivaratri).
The core of this captivating story is the series of events that are intimately linked to characters such as Kishore (Sai Kiran), Kumar (Pawan Kumar), Danny’s sister (Gayatri Gupta), Kishore’s elder brother (Sandeep Boreddy), and Seenanna (Sai Yogi).

The praise from critics is astounding. The Hindu said in their review that ‘Double Engine’ is the whimsical adventure and coming-of-age tale of Penumatsa and Sasi, who are the flagbearers of underground indie Telugu cinema. Vivek Sagar’s music was characterized as immersive in the review.
“The film has a mix of amateurs and theatre actors playing characters who hail from an arid hamlet in Telangana,” the review stated. Before this, Vivek Sagar wrote music for popular films such as “Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi.”
Danny gives us a different perspective on Hyderabad, but as the story turns to Tatipalli, we are taken to a completely different place. The houses with terracotta roofs and stone walls give the impression that they have withstood urbanization and have been preserved in time.
When Danny shows up on a modern bike that he borrowed from a friend, he makes Kishore (Sai Kiran) and Kumar (Kumar Pawan), two vagrants from the hamlet, very excited. Other than the occasional small-dollar recharge, Gopi laments that there isn’t much business for a mobile phone shop in the area.

The online streaming service (OTT) premiere of the independent film Double Engine, which was directed by Rohit Penumatsa, is scheduled for March 29. The video, which was written by Rohit and Sasi Camp in collaboration, will be available to view on the AHA platform.
